There are many advantages to adding automation and robotics to your injection moulding processes through our factory, including increased productivity through better-optimised, more consistent part cycle time, higher quality components and a more reliable, repeatable processes.

Automation helps us reduce part costs through a reduction in labour requirements and optimised cycle time. It also helps us to improve shot to shot and repeatability across our production line, removing the potential for human error.

• Six axis robotics and integrated cells to carry out complex assemblies in the injection moulding process
• Six axix robotics assembly, integrated into a clean room environment
• Bespoke end of arm tooling
• Part removal and packing automation
• Bespoke jigs and fixtures to aid both full and partial automation projects
• Development of in-line automation at the moulding machine and also off-line stand-alone assembly processes.
